2. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal data through automated means. No sensitive, behavioral, or biometric data is collected.
3. Analytics, Bot Protection and Third-Party Services
Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, at a country level, which regions visitors come from. Cloudflare collects aggregated, non-identifiable data (page visits, country-level region, referrer, and device type). No cookies are used, no individual is tracked or fingerprinted, and no personal data is retained. Data is processed on Cloudflare's global edge infrastructure, which may include servers outside India.
Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA service — may be used on interactive forms across our products (including the Vakio and Resona platforms). Turnstile analyses browser signals to distinguish humans from bots. No tracking cookies are set and no data is shared with third parties beyond Cloudflare.

4. Data Sharing
TechSutra does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
5. Regulatory Alignment
Aligned with the DPDP Act 2023 (India), GDPR, CERT-In Direction Apr 2022, ISO 27001:2022, and SOC 2 Type II.
